The Lower Saxony Minister of Education, Julia Willie Hamburg, sent the NBG training manager Iris Heyen an award for “particularly reliable training 2023” in the “Industry and Trade” category. In 2020, the IHK recognized the potential of Borkum's largest employer and awarded the city subsidiary the title of “Top Trainer”.
