From now until 31 August 2025, below the Nordsee AquariumAn additional beach has been created on Borkum, which is supervised by the DLRG daily from 10.30:17.30 a.m. to XNUMX:XNUMX p.m. In the immediate vicinity of the new beach section, public toilets are located in Nordsee Aquarium are available to support you.
The additional beach area will not only increase safety but also relieve pressure on the more frequented main beaches. "The measure benefits both guests and locals – and enhances the quality of stay during peak season," explains Tourism Director Pia Hosemann.
