Nordseeheilbad Borkum GmbH provides information
The supervisory board of Nordseeheilbad Borkum GmbH met for its first meeting this year in March. The subject of the meeting was, among other things, the resolution on the 2022 economic plan. The current resolutions and measures are reported below.
Resolution on the 2022 economic plan
The resolution and the following concrete economic assumptions are based on the fact that NBG's activities will no longer be negatively influenced by the corona pandemic. The effects of the war in Ukraine on security of supply and price developments in the energy sector cannot yet be estimated and therefore could not be taken into account. The economic plan was approved with the success, investment, jobs and financial plan. The resolution was passed by a majority.
The success plan is divided into three pillars: tourism, supply and transport infrastructure.

- transport infrastructure
The transport infrastructure includes the activities in Nordsee Windport as well as on the commercial airfield. A total income of EUR 865.000 is expected here, with a total result of EUR -54.000.
- Overall view
For the entire company, income of EUR 25,59 million and a result of EUR -244.000 were planned, which will be calculated against the existing retained earnings.
- Investment plan
The investment plan provides for measures worth a total of EUR 5,78 million per year.
