"We are happy about the digital expansion of our offering and the opportunity for guests to plan their vacation from anywhere and in advance, according to their wishes. We currently have offers from NBG in our program, and in the future we will also be able to implement external and other internal experiences as well as the purchase of vouchers. It is a growing system," explains Tourism Director Pia Hosemann. The customer receives the tickets digitally on their mobile device, a paper printout is no longer necessary. "In this day and age, it is important to us to avoid unnecessary use of paper. The payment process can also be handled entirely online via PayPal," adds Pia Hosemann.
