After more than a year without events, Beach Days Borkum and concerts, Borkum can still look forward to a musical highlight on August 8, 2021. Gregor Meyle & Band are giving an open-air concert behind the Kulturinsel.

The “Man with Guitar, Glasses and Hat” summer concerts have been a tradition for many years. With large parts of the band from the popular VOX music series “Sing mein Song” and other Champions League musicians, Gregor Meyle will also be doing his summer tour “Finally again!” this year. One tour stop will be the East Frisian island of Borkum. “We are really pleased that we can present a top German act to the people of Borkum and our guests in 2021, despite the corona pandemic and the associated hygiene and admission restrictions. After the renewed cancellation of Beach Days Borkum and the cancellation of many events on the mainland, this act will hopefully bring a smile back to one or two people's faces and provide a carefree evening in the sea air," says Thorben Stalke, event manager at Nordseeheilbad Borkum GmbH .
