Due to the ongoing restrictions to contain Covid-19 and the associated planning uncertainty regarding the implementation of BEACH DAYS BORKUM for everyone involved, Nordseeheilbad Borkum GmbH (NBG) once again has no other option than to postpone BEACH DAYS BORKUM 2021 for another year to be postponed to 2022.

“Unfortunately, we have to join the flood of cancellations of numerous concerts and festivals, as the current situation makes further planning impossible for everyone involved due to the many imponderables - both in organizational and financial terms. To date, there are no official guidelines regarding the implementation of event formats such as the BEACH DAYS BORKUM with a sports tournament, concert and relaxed get-together,” says Göran Sell, managing director of the NBG. “We are sad to have to postpone our special weekend by the sea again and hope that the postponement will allow everyone involved, sponsors, athletes and all visitors to have more planning security and thus, among other things, a carefree concert visit,” adds Sell. “We are pleased about the flexibility and support of Max Giesinger and LOTTE, who can make their concert possible as part of BEACH DAYS BORKUM 2022 and have firmly confirmed it.”

The new period of BEACH DAYS BORKUM 2022 runs from Thursday, July 28th to Sunday, July 31st, 2022. The open-air concert on the northern beach against the backdrop of the North Sea with the two German pop artists Max Giesinger & LOTTE will take place on Friday, July 29, 2022. The concert tickets you have already purchased remain valid for 2022.
